In July 2021, we partnered with the Healthcare Workers’ Foundation to conduct a survey of more than 1,100 NHS staff to help us really understand the conditions they are working in.

The data we collected will be used to help us focus our efforts on the areas that will make the greatest difference to staff.

We will then:

• Use our platform to raise awareness of the inadequacies NHS staff have to contend with

• Lobby those in authority to make improvements to working conditions in the NHS

• Raise funds ourselves to provided practical improvements where possible and work alongside the Healthcare Workers’ Foundation to deliver these

We will begin sharing the results of this survey from 30th September 2021.
