alternative NHS staff survey
In July 2021, we carried out a detailed survey to understand the working conditions of NHS staff.
Close to 1,200 staff completed it, and the results are being used to shape our future objectives.
We will also be highlighting the findings via the media and other routes so that the public can be aware of the key issues facing staff.
mental health survey
In May 2021, we carried out a survey to understand the strain the pandemic has placed on the mental health of NHS staff.
More than 1,000 people completed the survey, and the results have been used to help identify pressing issues around mental health and wellbeing.
These issues were highlighted in the media following release of the survey data, including national coverage like this.
